Dear Show-Me Net customers,
We are pleased to announce the addition of ShowMe.net and their customers to the Big River family! All of us at Big River Telephone are excited to be able to serve you and count you among our many satisfied customers. Since the operational equipment used by ShowMe.net has been located at the Big River facility for the last several years, we expect a smooth transition of your internet service. Because of this, your e-mail address will stay the same, remaining as “@showme.net” (i.e. sample@showme.net). The conversion process should be completed on January 1, 2010.
As your primary Internet Service Provider, Big River Telephone will handle support and billing for your account. Big River Telephone will also fulfill all remaining contractual agreements regarding your existing internet services. In addition, Big River Telephone offers many additional features and services that will now be available to you.
Big River Telephone works hard to provide customers with quality service and support. Our Customer Experience Department is available to you throughout this transition to assist you with all of your telecommunication needs. Randy Black, who has provided technical support to ShowMe.net customers for the past several years, has also joined the Big River team. He will continue to provide excellent service to our transitioning customers through the original ShowMe.net help line at 573-204-1097.
